We are registered as sole trader in England, with our office in Sunningdale close, Bexhill, TN40 1UQ

OUR SERVICES

Our services includes: Online Exercise Classes, Fitness Consultations and Fitness Reviews.

We release new online classes and offer online appointments for Fitness Consultations and Reviews every week

with the exception of the two weeks between Christmas and new Year.

Specific dates will vary each calendar year and will be communicated to all members via email.

During this time, you will still be able to access all our previous online classes and book future Consultations and Reviews.

We may have to suspend our Services if we have to deal with technical problems, or to make improvements to our site.

Should this happen, we will contact you to let you know in advance, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency.

If our Services are suspended due to a technical problem with our site which we do not resolve within 48 hours,

we shall make appropriate refunds to you strictly relating to the period the Services were suspended.

You will be able to access to our services by:

(a) paying for a monthly rolling membership pass (payable monthly in advance).

The membership pass will renew automatically at the end of the relevant period, until cancelled.

 

Membership fees must be received by us in cleared funds. If we do not receive your payment in its due date,

we may suspend the services with immediate effect until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you this.

Our subscription charges may vary from time to time and you should check our site to ensure that you are aware of any change in our charges.

Any change will not affect previous payments made for your subscription.

 

OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS

These terms of business together with our privacy policy and our liability waiver tell you information about us and

the legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which you can subscribe to our website (“our site”)

from which you will have access to our services (the “Services”).

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the purchase of Services from us (the “Contract”).

Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before subscribing to our site. 

You should print a copy of these Terms and our terms of website use or save them to your computer for future reference.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order any Services,

please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

These Terms were most recently updated on  24 April 2020.

These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only use your personal information in accordance to our privacy policy. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

(a) changes in how we accept payment from you; and

(b) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Every time you sign up for a member pass,

the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.

Whenever we revise these Terms in accordance with this clause, we will keep you informed and

give you notice of this by stating that these Terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.

YOUR CANCELLATION & REFUNDS RIGHTS

You have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

This means that if for any other reason, you decide you do not want to continue with your monthly subscription,

you can notify us of your decision to cancel your member pass at anytime.

If you cancel your member pass prior to the expiration of your full pre-paid membership period,

you will forfeit the fees paid for any unused portion of your subscription, which are non-refundable.

However, you will be able to continue viewing all content until the expiration of your current pre-paid subscription period.

to inform us of your intention to cancel your pass and we’ll confirm cancellation and advice on any further steps that may apply.
