We are live!

Hey everyone, I hope you are having a nice Easter weekend.


I am delighted to announce that the website is finally up and running. You can now watch our Online Yoga and Fitness Classes directly onto our website, when and where it suits you!

Each class will be 30 minutes long and suitable for all fitness abilities. No equipment required.


We don't just want you to exercise, we want you to enjoy it and make it an essential part of your life.​ And so, our classes will be designed with you in mind. We will motivate you, inspire you and challenge you with new workouts every week.


Each class will have a different focus, to help you achieve your fitness goals. These will include fat burning, toning up, flexibility, posture improvement, high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio conditioning, muscular strength, and more! You can mix and match if you have a specific goal in mind, or take part in them all to achieve total fitness.

You can Become a Member and watch all our classes for just £10 a Month.

Which classes do we offer?


1. LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

Improve your balance and flexibility, whilst releasing stress and tension, with our energising and empowering yoga flow classes. We will begin with gentle movements to warm up the body, then move onto more challenging sequences and poses. Ending with calmer, deeper stretches to give you a sense of total well-being.


2. YOGA

Improve your balance and flexibility, whilst releasing stress and tension, with our energising and empowering yoga flow classes. 3. FITNESS CIRCUIT

Improve your cardiovascular fitness, body strength and power with this whole body workout. We will begin with some dynamic stretches, then move onto a circuit type sequence or a high intensity interval training to get your heart rate up. Finishing off with full body stretches to aid muscles recovery.
