Exercise at home with us

Hi Everyone,


I hope you enjoyed our first week of online yoga and exercise classes here at robertafreeland.uk


All classes are available fr you to watch on our Members page with one of our passes (monthly or yearly). If you haven't signed up for one yet, they are all available on our Buy Pass page.

You also have the option to watch each class Pay as You Go, for just £2.50 each. Just head over to our Pay As You Go page.


Focus of this week classes were as follow:


- Legs, bum and tum: a combination of unilateral and bilateral exercises. Five repetitions on each side, four consecutive sets.

- Yoga: a backbend flow to release tension in the shoulders and chest

- Fitness circuit: a gym circuit style of class with compound exercises - working multiple muscles at the same time - followed by a short high intensity interval training, finishing off with core exercises to tone up your abs muscles.
