I hope you enjoyed our first week of online yoga and exercise classes here at robertafreeland.uk
Focus of this week classes were as follow:
- Legs, Bum and Tum: a combination of unilateral and bilateral exercises. Five repetitions on each side, four consecutive sets.
- Yoga: a backbend flow to release tension in the shoulders and chest
- Fitness Circuit: a gym circuit style of class with compound exercises - working multiple muscles at the same time - followed by a short high intensity interval training, finishing off with core exercises to tone up your abs muscles.
