Launching our online Classes

We are delighted to announce that we will be streaming our first live class next Wednesday, 25 March 2020, at 1830-1900 on the Zoom platform.

The class will be a 30 minutes Fitness Circuit, specifically designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and burn loads of calories. We will begin with an aerobic warm up. Then move onto more complex, compound exercises (working multiple muscles group at the same time) and a high intensity interval training to get our rate up. Finishing off with full body stretches to aid muscles recovery.

If you are looking for a fun, engaging and effective whole body workout, to boost your metabolism and help you stay fit, then you should really give this a try.

Once a donation is received we will email you with zoom meeting log in details and passwords.

The Fitness Circuit class will be live on Zoom every Wednesday 1830-1900 until mid-April. After that, we are hoping our new website will be ready to welcome you, with a full timetable and classes available to watch when you want via our video library.
