Who are we?


We are fully trained and experienced fitness and yoga professionals based in Bexhill-on-Sea and Hastings. We teach a variety of online and face to face exercise classes in our local area, including Bexhill College Sport Centre and Bannatyne Hastings Health Club.




What do we offer?


Online Exercise Classes 60+ classes available to watch, including: Legs, Bum and Tum - Yoga - Fitness Circuit - Core Conditioning All our classes are 30 minutes long workouts, with exercise options with and without fitness equipments, to suit all fitness abilities. Two classes will never be the same and each workout will have a different focus, including fat burning, toning up, flexibility, posture improvement, high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio conditioning, muscular strength, and much more! You can mix and match if you have a specific goal in mind, or take part in all our classes to achieve total fitness.
